Surprisingly it was way better than I expected. I pulled up and thought oh *$#@ this place looks rough. It was just fine. On the outside, the property is pretty well maintained. The facility itself is not new but was not run down either. Staff was pleasant, and treated folks well. The room was large, clean and well maintained. Bed linens, bathroom towels and pillows were great. I'd come back again in a heartbeat!

I've stayed a lot of hotels. This hotelis the best money for Peter bargain I've ever seen. The staff is wonderful. It's just an excellent experience and the people are just wonderful, and I will always stay here whenever I'm in the seat later. This is the 1 number 1. It's perfect exclamation! Extremely happy. The manager Steve is a great guy surrounded by great people. I couldn't be happier! Thank you.

The pool was open till midnight! The staff that was the night manager ( who doesn't work that shift normally) was absolutely amazing and professional. She not only was accommodating to any crazy request or questions, but she also had a superb level of professionalism when it came to dealing with rude guests and riff raff that you run into while staying in a large city such as Spokane.

They work very hard to keep the motel looking great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok with steamed eggs, yogurt and fruit. The location was close to stores and restaurants.
